September 14th Meeting

Hey Biology Club!

We have a meeting tomorrow, Monday, September 14th, at 5:30pm in Thomas Hall Room 3503!

We have 4 speakers who will be talking about some of the resources and opportunities we have here at State for getting research experience and internships!

-Mary Rosage, the College of Science career counselor will be speaking about how to use ePack and the career exploration database

-Bobbie Kelley (our club advisor) and Dana Thomas, two Biological Sciences advisors will be speaking about internships, clinical experience, and undergraduate research

- A representative from the Research PackTrack Program who will speak about opportunities for undergraduate research

It is sure to be a very informative and interesting meeting!

August 31 Interest Meeting!

Hello Biology Club!

We hope you had a fun and relaxing summer and are ready for the new school year!

We will be having our first meeting of the semester, 

this Monday, August 31, at 5:30 pm on the Bostian Hall Lawn!

(In case of rain, we will be meeting in Thomas Hall Room 3503)

We will be having subway sandwiches, ice pops, chips, and drinks and discussing the meetings and events we have planned for the semester.

Our speaker for tomorrow is Dr. Sabrina Robertson, a professor in our Biotechnology department here at State! She will be speaking to us about her research in neurobiology.

Our speaker for tomorrow is Dr. Mary Beth Hawkins, a professor here at State and the director of the Research PackTrack program. She will be speaking about her research on estrogen receptors!

If so, come out to our next meeting!
